    • Zoning and Isolated Logistics: Sterile and non-sterile flows are completely separated. We use two independent elevators - one exclusively for sterile instruments and the other for used ones.
    • Automated Disinfection: Using German MELAtherm® 10 technology for perfect cleaning.
    • Advanced Methods: We utilize steam sterilization (autoclaving) and Plasma Sterilization (LOWTEM Crystal 120D). This low-temperature method is ideal for heat-sensitive, delicate instruments, leaving no toxic residue.
    • Three-Level Quality Control: Physical, Chemical, and Biological (spore testing) monitoring.
    • Air Purity: HEPA filtration systems capture 99.9% of micro-particles.

    ROGO’s lab is a leading technological hub, fully equipped for on-site production of crowns, veneers, and implants using world-class exclusive equipment:
    • SISMA MY SINT 100 DUAL LASER (Italy/Germany): A 3D metal printer that "prints" frameworks with 10-micron precision. ROGO is the only clinic in Georgia possessing this technology.
    • DOF CRAFT 5X (South Korea): An "all-in-one" 5-axis robotic system for milling zirconium and ceramic restorations with unmatched aesthetics. Exclusive to ROGO in Georgia.
    • YENADENT D43 (Turkey/France): High-speed 5-axis CAD/CAM robot (up to 80,000 RPM) for rapid and durable titanium milling. The only one in the region.
